The jacketed gaskets offer excellent sealing and protect the filler against pressure condition, fluctuating temperatures and corrosion. We manufacture and supply these gaskets by soft iron, stainless steel and the filler by graphite or non-asbestos. The jacketed gaskets are used for numerous applications like pumps, autoclaves, valves, engines, exhaust systems, and chemical industries. Before delivering the product in market it is tested to ensure its quality and high performance at affordable budget. Our jacketed gaskets are developed according to the international standard and customer’s requirement.
The following features of our jacketed gaskets:
- Asbestos filled double jacketed gasket in which asbestos filler is fully enclosed by a two-piece metal jacket.
- Asbestos filled single jacketed gasket in which asbestos filler is partially enclosed by a single metal jacket.
- Asbestos filled open edged double jacketed gasket in which asbestos filler is covered by a two-piece metal jacket all over except the outer edge.
- Asbestos filled corrugated double jacketed gasket in which asbestos filler is fully enclosed by a two-piece metal corrugated jacket.
- Single jacketed, asbestos completely encased by the metal
